Read chapter 22 in Great Big Love: God’s Story for You & Me or Matthew 7:24–29. Talk about how knowing Jesus’ teachings can help in difficult times.
Pray a “help my family” prayer this week. Pray for each person who lives in your household.
Gather some stones and sand. Build a structure with blocks on the sand and another on the stones. Wonder together about why the stones might make a stronger foundation for your building than the sand.
