Read chapter 10 in Great Big Love: God’s Story for You & Me or Ezra 1; 3:7–13; 6:13–22. Would you have stayed in Babylon or taken the long trip back to Jerusalem?
Make a gratitude prayer wall. Write things you are grateful for on sticky notes or small pieces of paper each day. Post them on a wall or side of the refrigerator.
Build a temple from blocks. Play joyful music as you build, just like the people did after the foundation of the temple was built.
